What this site is
Levi Northern Lights Tour is an independent guide that compares Northern Lights tours from Levi, Finnish Lapland, and links to the platforms that sell them. We do not operate tours, sell tickets, take bookings or handle payments, and we are not an agent of any tour operator.
Bookings and payment
- Tours are booked and paid for on GetYourGuide or Viator. Accommodation is booked through Stay22 links on sites such as Booking.com.
- Your contract is with that platform and with the tour operator or property, under their terms: GetYourGuide terms, Viator’s terms and conditions (linked at the foot of every Viator page), and the terms shown by the booking site.
- Cancellations, changes and refunds are handled by the platform and the operator. Each listing shows its own cancellation policy and, where there is one, its own refund rule for nights without an aurora.
The Northern Lights are never promised
The aurora is a natural phenomenon. No tour, and nothing on this site, can promise that it will appear. Where we describe a tour as “guaranteed”, we mean the operator’s own refund or rebooking rule, as worded on its listing; read that wording before you book.
Accuracy of information
We check prices, dates, ratings and tour details carefully and date them where it matters, but listings change without notice. The live listing on GetYourGuide, Viator or the booking site is always the final word on price, availability, inclusions and terms. Safety and responsibility
Tour operators are responsible for running their tours, their equipment, their guides and their own safety rules, including driver’s licence requirements and damage liability on snowmobile safaris. Arctic nights are cold and some activities carry risk; follow the operator’s instructions. Safety advice on this site, such as Visit Levi’s guidance on lake ice, is general information and does not replace local rules or your own judgement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for the tours, accommodation or services provided by third parties, for changes or cancellations they make, or for losses arising from decisions made using this site.
